Good location near Goldhawk road tube. Comfortable beds, though the rooms are quite small.
Most rooms are in the basement with poor ventilation and unpleasant odors. Showers have inconsistent water temperature, often boiling hot or freezing. Wi-Fi connectivity issues were frequent, particularly during mornings.

The hotel had a pretty good location with close access to the tube and decent breakfast options. Staff were helpful and friendly, making the stay feel welcoming. some common areas seemed to need a bit of attention for cleanliness, detracting from the overall experience.

It was just a balanced option for a fleeting pause in London with excellent value for money. The staff kindly went out of their way to get soya milk for breakfast, which made my stay more comfortable. Try to ask for a room away from the busy street for a quieter night.

Nice surprise!
So I ended up here last min, and honestly, the staff were super chill and helpful. Room was cozy, with just enough space for a family vibe. Breakfast was on point too, and they had this tasty porridge that hit the spot. Only bummer was the bathroom could use a freshen up, but all in all, it was cool!

the family room was legit huge and comfy, like really good beds man. we slept super well even with some traffic noise outside. the shower was nice size and always had clean towels every day. best part was being close to shepherds bush tube, just 5-10 mins walk.

The staff were consistently friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had ample tea and toiletries throughout our stay, which was appreciated. The bathroom facilities were spacious and clean, enhancing our comfort, although the room cleanliness could be improved further. Despite a convenient location near public transport, some areas of the hotel need attention as they felt less maintained. it was a satisfactory experience for a family with children.
